We can provide scanning and indexing software to suit your needs. From batch scanning with batch indexing or more simple scan and index software. Also scanning straight to PDF format.

On any systems sold we can give all the relevant training. From scanner usage and simple maintainance to indexing and CD writing and also full systems administration.
We offer a backfile conversion for your archive. If you have a large archive and do not have the recources to scan it onsite then we have links with a Kodak Approved Document Conversion Centre to get you up and running very quickly while you concentrate on the ongoing imaging.
The documents can be stored on a web-site and viewed from anywhere via the internet. A browser plug-in can allow the tif images to be viewed in the web browser and a searchable and secure page will allow the quick retrieval of your documents.
